We recognize that transforming an organization can be a monumental task. Some even say it’s like trying to turn the Queen Mary 2 with a teaspoon. And while many people are, by nature, resistant to change, we’ve found the opposite to be true when change is presented as a way to clear hurdles, break down barriers and open doors. To help facilitate your change, we’ve outlined a series of workshops in the form of modules - an à la carte menu - that can be arranged to best suit your needs. We’ll help you find the best arrangement to drive dynamic transformation - a customizable approach that will provide you with the tools your organization needs to embrace change and take success to the next level.

Engage

Change is wrenching. Change is inevitable. Change is good. This workshop provides managers with the skills, tools and resources to accelerate the process of implementing change with their team members and create a work environment where employees learn to embrace change. Workshop incorporates an assessment that outlines an individual’s receptivity to change. An additional workshop is available to help individual contributors deal better with organizational changes.

Are your employees engaged, or are they barely motivated, or entirely checked out? Learn the distinction between these characteristics and learn how to create an environment that drives employees (and yourself) to higher levels of achievement.

Your brand is your reputation in the workplace. You may not realize that, like a consumer product, you have an image and value proposition that represents who you are and how you are perceived. In this workshop, participants will explore the brands of some common products and develop a branding strategy applicable to their own situation.

Who am I? What do I bring to the table? The first step in becoming a high performing manager or employee is to learn about your style and how you come across to colleagues and co-workers. As part of this workshop, you will complete the DiSC® personal profile and learn about your style and how to apply it to your daily workplace interactions.

Henry Ford understood it. Thomas Edison lived for it. Steve Jobs made billions because of it. It’s called creativity, and everyone has it. It’s just a matter of learning how to spark what’s already there, and exploit it for all it’s worth. In this workshop, participants bring a project to the table that needs new thinking. And to get results that exceed expectations, they learn strategies to help stimulate creativity and make the most of innovation. Complementary workshops are available for both individual contributors and managers.

Energize

It's a known fact that employees are more productive and engaged when they enjoy their job.  This workshop helps participants identify their workplace strengths and find ways to apply these strengths in their individual or managerial roles.

For employees to grow in their jobs, they need to be engaged. But with organizational priorities frequently shifting, engaging employees can prove to be difficult. In this session, managers and leaders learn how to help employees set their sights on their own jobs and careers - and how to adapt to internal changes that, at times, can seem like a moving target. The result: passionate employees with clear direction, achievable goals, and realizable advancement - employees who make things happen.

Can we talk? In the workplace, all too often, the answer is “no.” Yet, coaching and feedback conversations are what keep employees focused on what is important. It helps them think more deeply, has an ROI of 6 times its cost, and increases productivity 80% over training alone. This workshop introduces participants to the "3 E" model of coaching and gives them the opportunity to practice and hone their skills.

Are your goals SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time bound)? In this workshop, managers and employees will learn how to craft SMART goals and ensure that they are aligned with the organization’s overall goals and direction.

Empower

It starts with collaboration. No matter if your team is Forming, Storming, Norming or Performing, this practical interactive workshop gives them the opportunity to assess their development, and learn ways to interact and work together more effectively.

Solving problems and making decisions on a daily basis requires a variety of skills. From probing issues to outlining pros and cons to reaching decisions, this workshop series, the art of critical thinking, decision making and problem solving, introduces managers and employees to tools, techniques and strategies for identifying problems, and applying practicable solutions.

Can’t we all just get along? Yes, but it takes work. And, like it or not, conflict is a natural byproduct of differing points-of-view coming together in a relatively small space. This workshop teaches managers how to recognize the signs of escalating conflict and take appropriate action to minimize damage. A course focused on individual contributors helps them deal more effectively with the workplace conflicts they may face, and how to turn friction into traction.
